What a fantastic knife. I love the traditional look and feel. The handle feels rock solid and heavy and the textured scales make it very grippy even in the wet. The blade is absolutely razor sharp and you can tell it's a high quality steel. The straight edge is so easy to keep shaving sharp with minimal effort. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who likes a lot of quality and a lot of history in their pocket.

My comments on the Taylor Lambsfoot apply very much to this excellent designed knife. I have similar patterns by CK, Schatt and Morgan and Case. The latter two models are wonderfully constructed, but this well designed model by Taylor will "do the job" equally well.
Ideal for fine work, including wjhittling and carving.
It is good to see a revived interest in good old fashioned and well tried slip joints.
Many of the current high priced "tactical" folders are as much uise as a chocolate walking stick and are seemingly aimed at armchair stratagests!
